Quinsite, LLC (“Quinsite,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) respects the privacy of everyone who uses our Web site. This Privacy Statement (“Privacy Statement”) demonstrates our commitment to ensuring that privacy. The following statement explains how Quinsite collects, uses, and discloses information from you when you use our website (“Site”), available at https://quinsite.com, and any other products, services, and resources that we offer which link to or incorporate this Privacy Statement, or when you otherwise interact with us in connection with the foregoing, such as through e-mail, our customer support channels, and/or our accounts on LinkedIn and Twitter (collectively the “Services”). This Privacy Statement does not apply to personal information that we process in connection with providing our healthcare data analytics platform or its related product integrations (including the Quinsite Connect portal at https://connect.quinsite.com/, or any mobile applications or APIs) (collectively, the “Platform”).
If you are a customer of our Platform, or an end-user who uses the Platform through their employer’s subscription, this Privacy Statement does not modify any agreements or other binding terms between you and your employer with respect to your personal information. Your employer is responsible for providing you with all notices regarding, and obtaining your consent to, the processing of your personal information through the Services. We will refer any requests to exercise rights with respect to personal information processed in connection with use of our Platform to the corresponding customer or organization, as required by data privacy laws. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Statement have the definitions provided in our Terms of Use (“Terms”). Provisions within the Terms may affect this Privacy Statement with respect to your use of the Site, so please review the Terms prior to using the Site.

- Subscription To Receive Notices. Quinsite may offer the ability to subscribe to the Services and to receive updates about the Services via e-mail. To subscribe, you may be required to provide us with personal information such as your name and e-mail address.
- Communications with Quinsite. Quinsite allows third parties such as service providers (e.g., internet and cloud hosting services providers, such as Amazon Web Services) to process your personal information to enable us to provide the Services and for the other purposes specified in this Privacy Statement. Third parties to whom we disclose your personal information are listed below:
- Our Vendors and Service Providers. We may disclose personal information to third-party service providers in connection with enabling us to provide the Services to you, as permitted by this Privacy Statement, and as may be otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.
- Marketing Partners. From time to time, Quinsite may host or co-present webinars and other public presentations with one or more third-party organizers. We may share personal information submitted in connection with such webinars (such as event registration information) with those third-party organizers for their marketing purposes.
- Third Parties Involved in Quinsite’s Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers. We may also disclose your personal information to service providers, advisors, potential transactional partners, or other third parties in connection with the consideration, negotiation, or completion of a corporate transaction in the event that Quinsite is acquired through a sale, merger, or otherwise experiences a change in corporate control; and. We may need to retain your information for a longer period where we need the information to comply with regulatory or legal requirements (e.g. HIPAA) or where we may need it for our legitimate purposes e.g. to help us respond to queries or complaints, to respond to requests from regulators, etc. Additionally, there may be occasions where we are unable to fully delete, anonymize, or de-identify your personal information due to technical, legal, regulatory compliance or other operational reasons. Where this is the case, we will take reasonable measures to securely isolate such information from any further processing until such time as we are able to delete, anonymize, or de-identify it in accordance with applicable laws.
