New Support Center
We’re excited to introduce a brand-new support center for Quinsite Connect users. Designed to enhance the overall client experience, this support center offers seamless access to support ticket information, improved communication, and more transparent tracking. While the new support center was designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, training sessions and video guides will be available to help clients get the most out of their Quinsite experience.
Monthly Client Education Sessions
You asked, and we listened! Our Quarterly User Meeting participants have expressed how valuable it is to learn from peers about implementing Quinsite’s solutions. In response, we are launching monthly Client Education Sessions in 2025. Led by Quinsite, these sessions will dive deeper into specific use cases, offer comprehensive application training, and share actionable insights to maximize the impact of our solutions.
Performance IQ Benchmarking Suite
Our commitment to innovation continues with the expanded release of the Performance IQ™ suite of analytics-driven benchmarking solutions. Designed specifically for radiology organizations, these tools provide a comprehensive view of key performance metrics and enable benchmarking against industry standards and peer organizations. The first solution, Billing IQ, was released in 2024. Productivity IQ and Quality IQ will be released mid-year.
New Quinsite Connect UX Design
Last but certainly not least, we’re working on an exciting new user experience (UX) design for Quinsite Connect. This redesign is set to deliver an enhanced and intuitive user experience, building on the strengths of the current platform. With thoughtful updates and new features, this new design will make accessing insights easier and more seamless than ever before, further empowering users to achieve their goals efficiently.
