Fostering Physician Engagement & Utilization with New Technologies

The Quinsite team recently hosted our Q2 virtual user meeting. These meetings serve as a valuable opportunity to bring practice leaders together, showcase customer success stories and share valuable updates.

Onboarding, Utilization and Engagement:

At Quinsite, we understand the challenge practice administrators face when rolling out new technology that requires gaining physician buy-in and effective utilization that results in expected benefits. That's why we invited industry leaders Joe Wolfcale, Chief Operating Officer at Advanced Imaging Alliance (AIA), and Dave Walker, Chief Revenue Officer at Radiology Associates of North Texas (RANT), to share real-world experiences and strategies around Quinsite solution utilization and engagement.

Advanced Imaging Alliance (AIA) physicians are using Quinsite’s Productivity Ring mobile app to track and monitor daily RVUs. Together, AIA and Quinsite partnered to drive a successful implementation with a well-planned rollout to ensure data accuracy as well as physician buy-in and engagement. The result: over 90% physician engagement in the first month!

Radiology Associates of North Texas (RANT) utilizes Quinsite’s Evaluation and Management (E&M) tool to capture and communicate service details with their billing teams to ensure proper reimbursement. This innovative mobile app makes it easy for providers to input necessary data at the bedside and on-the-go, saving valuable time that can be spent focusing on patient care. Improved data capture has helped RANT realize more than $300,000 in additional revenue annually.

To learn more about RANT’s utilization of Quinsite’s E&M tool, read the case study here.
